    The frequency of inhaled oxygen use is individual.

    Breathing inhaled oxygen is a completely individual matter. We recommend testing the effects on your body by taking a deep breath of oxygen spray for 3 seconds and then waiting 1 hour for your body to react. You will see how sensitive your body is to oxygenation. You can then adjust the frequency of inhaling oxygen to suit your own needs. 

    In the video, you will learn how to properly put on and use the breathing mask with a mouthpiece.

    Putting on and using the oxygen mask is very simple.

    Remove the plastic cap from the plastic breathing mask.

    Remove the plastic inhalation mask from the bottle.

    3.

    Attach the inhalation mask to the valve on top of the bottle.

    4.

    Place the mask with the bottle over your nose and mouth (narrower cutout in the mask goes over the nose).

    5.

    Press the button and simultaneously take a deep breath through your nose for 3 seconds.

    6.

    After use, put the mask back on the bottle with the wider side down and replace the cap on top of the bottle.

    1. Store inhalation oxygen at a temperature below 40°C.
    2. Protect the container from sunlight.
    3. Keep out of reach of children.
    4. Do not smoke electronic cigarettes near gas bottles.
    5. Do not store the oxygen indoors, such as in a car or other enclosed spaces, for extended periods. 
    6. Keep away from warm surfaces. 
    7. Do not pierce or throw into fire, even after use. 
    8. Keep the container away from open flames.
