How to Proceed With a Claim or Product Return
If you need to arrange a claim, exchange or return of goods, please contact us by e-mail first. This allows us to advise you on the correct procedure more quickly and helps avoid unnecessary complications when sending the parcel.
Please include all necessary order information in your message so that we can find and process your request as quickly as possible.

Please do not send goods back on your own without prior agreement. Contact us by e-mail first:
obchod@atgreen.czPlease do not send goods cash on delivery. Such shipments will not be accepted. If you send goods without prior agreement, only postage in the amount of CZK 39 will be reimbursed.
