    Breathing inhaled oxygen is a completely individual matter. We recommend that you test the effects on your body by waiting 1 hour for your body to react after taking a 3 second deep breath of the oxygen spray. You will see how sensitive your body is to oxygenation. Then you can adjust the frequency of breathing inhaled oxygen to your own needs.

    Putting on and applying the oxygen mask is very simple.

    Remove the plastic cap from the plastic breathing mask.

    Remove the plastic inhalation mask from the bottle.

    3.

    Put the inhalation mask on the valve on top of the bottle.

    4.

    Attach the mask with the bottle over the nose and mouth (narrower cutout in the mask to the nose).

    5.

    Press the button and simultaneously take a deep breath through your nose for 3 seconds.

    After use, put the mask back on the bottle with the wider side down and put the cap on top of the bottle.

    SECURITY MEASURES:

    1. Keep inhaled oxygen at a temperature below 40℃.
    2. Protect the container from sunlight.
    3. Keep out of reach of children.
    4. Do not smoke or use electronic cigarettes near cylinders containing medical gases.
    5. Do not leave inhaled oxygen in enclosed spaces such as a car or other similar area for long periods of time. 
    6. Keep away from warm surfaces. 
    7. Do not pierce or throw into fire, even after use. 
    8. Protect the container from open flames.
